Welcoming the month of July with fireworks is the Americans celebrating their Independence Day on the fourth of July! Other than the traditional red, blue and white decorations, it is always interesting to get to know a different culture, traditions and especially their food! Here’s a sneak peek of some iconic food across different American states, and if you’re digging it, we have a few selections from Singapore which you can get your hands on!
1. Alaska: Salmon
When we think of Alaska, we easily associate it with salmon. Well, we also think of igloo, snow dogs but that’s beside the point. Alaska harvests billions of pounds of fishes a year and salmon is the highest harvest here!
