Here’s a guide on how to make full use of all the functions of this online festival that will guarantee to make you a pro-user by the end of this guide.
The Virtual Green Christmas Market will be a fully immersive virtual experience, where you will be able to discover and interact with up to 50 merchants, explore eco-friendly Christmas ideas that won’t cost the earth, get up to 12% cashback on their purchases and take part in our Hourly Lucky Draws & Grand Draw to win attractive prizes worth up to $30,000 – all from the comforts of your homes!
In this guide, you will find some resources that will help you navigate like a pro during the event days.
Virtual environment
Explore the halls and find vendors you love across the different categories. There are navigational tools on the top right to help you.

Explore around each booth to discover more information about the vendor’s services, packages and promotions.
In each virtual booth you, will find:
- Live chat – Start chat conversations with vendors for any enquiries about their products and promotions.
- Appointments – This function will not be available during the event.
- Meeting Room – Chat with specific vendors which offer the option of Zoom video calls during the event days.
- Resource Hub – Find resources like packages and prices.
- Online Store – Learn more about the vendor.
- Delegate PAY – This links to Delegate’s payment gateway (Delegate PAY) where you can earn up to 12% cashback for your purchases.
