Here’s a guide on how to fully explore the virtual environment and to enjoy all the event highlights (online AND offline!) we’re bringing you during this virtual event. You’re guaranteed to be a pro-user by the end of this guide.
Explore all the various halls with all your favourite vendors across different categories. There are navigational tools on the top right to help you. Navigate left and right to move around the virtual environment with the arrows, and zoom in and/or out for a better viewing experience. Click on the centre of the navigational tools to reset your view.

Hover over each booth to find out more about the respective vendors. See a vendor you like? Enter via [VISIT BOOTH].

Enter each virtual booth to discover more about the services, packages and promotions each vendor is offering.
In each virtual booth, you will find:
Appointments – Schedule a video meeting over Zoom with vendors to enquire about their services and packages for your big day!
Meeting Room – Have an appointment scheduled? Click into the virtual meeting room during your scheduled meeting time to chat with them.
Resource Hub – Find extensive resources and downloadables from vendors, including their menu, packages and prices of their services.
Website – Learn more about vendors from their vendor profile on our Delegate marketplace.
Live Chat – Chat with vendors over our live chat feature and receive instant responses!
Found a vendor you like and want to find out more about their services? Either schedule your appointments via [APPOINTMENTS], or start an instant [LIVE CHAT] with the vendor. Don’t worry about hanging around in their booth to wait for a reply via live chat, all your conversations with vendors can be found under [INBOX].

Exciting Prizes to be Won
1. Grand Draw
Stand a chance to win BIG in our Grand Draw by completing our Grand Draw Game.
- Take part in our Graw Draw Game by fulfilling at least 3 tasks on the grid.
- Tasks must be completed in a straight or diagonal line, just like how you would complete a tic-tac-toe game. After each task, make sure to screenshot the proof of completion. (E.g. Receipt from vendor, etc)
- Submit your entry via the Grand Draw Form at the Info Desk in the virtual lobby during the festival from 11th to 27th February 2022.
Entries for the Grand Draw will close on 27th February 2022, 9.00pm.

2. Weekly Draws
Simply make a transaction via Delegate PAY with any of our participating vendors during the Delegate Wedding Festival between 11th to 27th February 2022 to automatically qualify for our Weekly Draw.
Entries for Weekly Draw will close every Sunday (13th, 20th, 27th February) at 9.00pm. Prizes not yet redeemed will rollover till the end of the festival.
