I do like scurrying around for good food, paired with great conversations (like curry to my roti or sambal to my stingray).
Fish Sh-nack was a hobby that became a “not-such-a-hobby” hobby, it now has a brick-mortar (named DOCO) that sells our famous Donburi Series, which will soon be featuring its second outlet!

D: What is your vision/mission for your company?
Our Mission is to ensure that customers get the bang for their buck!
We focus a lot on customer service, we generally feel that as companies grow bigger, they tend to lack the customer relationship component. We however try to ensure that we use the customer-to-friend approach!
Aside from being competitively priced, we do constant quality checks on our food, I.e. Serving portions, quality of the products basically making sure what is the usual, stays the usual.
Vision, to promote the use of Fish Skin in all applications of food, increasing brand awareness and seeing our customers smile as they scuff down our products!
D: Any trade secrets you can reveal?
We treat our customers like how we would treat family!
D: Most memorable experience since starting your business?
The first time we saw the overwhelming response in orders for our Sh-nack Packs! Sold out in 15 mins~
D: What is one thing you would like your customers to know about your company?
We have awesome staff (so is the boss).
D: What aspects of your personality can we see in your work?
Very meticulous people here.
D: What is one thing people don’t know about you?
#nowyouknow – I get quotes off google. (not for this)
D: What are your hobbies and passions outside of work?
I wouldn’t call Fish Sh-nack nor DOCO work, they’re really passions instead.
D: Which habits of yours have gotten you to where you are today?
Humbling yourself to learn from others, Reflections and Realizations!
D: Who was your biggest influence when you were starting out?
My Super Dad!

When you don’t want to work for people.
D: Top 3 things you would do with a friend who is visiting Singapore for the first time?
- Try my stuff, of course
